SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
We provide fast and reliable shipping throughout Europe with trusted carriers such as DPD, Omniva, and Smartpost. All in-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days and include full tracking.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on parcel size and weight. Delivery is usually made to a local pickup locker. However, in some countries, home delivery may be available depending on the selected courier.
We currently ship to the following countries:
Zone 1 – Lithuania
Zone 2 – Latvia
Zone 3 – Estonia
Zone 4A – Poland
Zone 4B – Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Hungary, Slovakia
Delivery Times

In-stock items: Delivered within 1–6 business days, depending on your location.

Special order items: Certain products (e.g., heaters or larger appliances) are shipped directly from our supplier’s warehouse. These typically arrive within 10–20 business days. Tracking is provided once the item is dispatched, and this is clearly mentioned on the product page.
Products shipped directly from the supplier will be clearly marked as Special Order on the product page.
Customs and VAT
We ship all international orders using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) wherever possible, so there are no unexpected customs charges or VAT to pay on delivery. Since we are not currently VAT registered, no VAT is added to your order at checkout.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’ve changed your mind or are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery — no questions asked.
Your Right to Withdraw (EU Law)
As an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply email us at info@vanlifecrafters.com within this period. We'll guide you through the process.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
If you cancel your purchase within the 14-day withdrawal period, we will refund:

The full cost of the item(s), and

The original shipping fee (standard delivery only — extra charges for express or special services are non-refundable).
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s), or proof that the item has been sent back.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund — whichever you prefer.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Items made to your specifications or clearly personalised

Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
If a product falls into one of these categories, this will be clearly noted on the product page.
