    Most of our parts fit standard campervan setups, but feel free to ask us if you’re unsure.
  • Do you restock sold-out items?
    Yes, we regularly restock popular items. You can sign up for alerts or contact us for restock info.
  • Can I request help choosing the right product for my build?
    Definitely! We’re happy to help—just send us a message.
  • What kind of warranty do the products come with?
    Every product we sell comes with either a 1-year or 2-year warranty — so you can shop with confidence!
  • How can I find out how long the warranty is for a specific product?
    It's super easy — the warranty period is listed right in the product description. Just scroll down when you're checking out the item details!
  • Does the warranty cover accidents or regular wear and tear?
    Unfortunately, no. The warranty doesn’t cover accidental damage, misuse, or the normal wear and tear that happens over time. It’s there to protect you against unexpected problems with the product itself.
  • How do I make a warranty claim if I need to?
    If something’s not right, just reach out to our friendly customer service team through our email info@vanlifecrafters.com. Send us your order details, a quick description of the problem, and a few photos if you can. We'll take it from there and help you out as quickly as possible.
  • Can I transfer the warranty if I give the product to someone else?
    The warranty is just for the original buyer, so it can’t be transferred to someone else.
  • Can I return a product if I change my mind?
    Yes! You can return items within 14 days if they’re unused and in original packaging.
  • How do I return or exchange a product?
    Email us at info@vanlifecrafters.com and we’ll guide you through the process. You can also view our Return Policy for more information.
  • What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
    Please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll sort it out as fast as we can.
  • Which countries do you ship to?
    We currently ship to Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Hungary, and Slovakia.
  • How long does delivery take?
    Delivery takes 1–6 business days depending on your location and 1-2 days to processing time. Special items usually take 10–20 days to arrive since they’re shipped straight from our suppliers. You’ll find this info right in the product description!.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping prices depend on the parcel size and destination. You'll see the exact cost at the checkout page.
  • Do you offer tracking on orders?
    Yes! Every order comes with a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way.
  • Where will my order be delivered—locker or home?
    Most deliveries are sent to a DPD pickup locker. In some countries, delivery to your address is available but we will do our best to find the closest locker to your address.
  • How can I pay for my order?
    We accept major debit and credit cards, and other secure payment methods listed at checkout, this includes Google Pay.
  • Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?
    Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help.
  • What should I do if I ordered the wrong item?
    Get in touch with us quickly—if the item hasn't shipped yet, we can correct it. If it's already on the way, we’ll help with a return or exchange.
