🚐 REAL-WORLD USE
We use threaded adapters in our campervan builds to connect 12mm push-fit pipework to threaded plumbing components.
The longer threaded connection is useful when connecting to compatible female threaded fittings where sealing is achieved at the threaded connection rather than with the integral O-ring found on the alternative adapter.
