Legal Guarantee

Your Rights Under EU Consumer Law

At Vanlife Crafters, we are committed to providing quality products and ensuring that our customers understand their rights.

Under European Union consumer protection legislation, consumers benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee on goods purchased from professional sellers.

This legal guarantee applies independently of any additional commercial warranty offered by the manufacturer or seller.

What Does the Legal Guarantee Cover?

If a product is defective, does not match its description, or does not function as reasonably expected, you may be entitled to remedies under the legal guarantee.

Where a product does not conform to the sales contract, consumers are generally entitled to:

  • Free repair or replacement of the defective product.

  • A price reduction in circumstances provided by law.

  • A refund where the conditions for terminating the sales contract are met.

These remedies are subject to applicable consumer protection legislation.

How to Make a Guarantee Claim

If you believe a product purchased from Vanlife Crafters is defective or does not conform to its description, please contact us.

Email: info@vanlifecrafters.com

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, photographs showing the problem.

We will assess your claim in accordance with applicable Lithuanian and EU consumer protection legislation.

Guarantee Exclusions and Limitations

The legal guarantee does not automatically cover damage caused by improper use, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or incorrect installation where these are the cause of the problem.

However, nothing on this page limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.

The legal guarantee is separate from any voluntary commercial warranty provided by a manufacturer or seller.
