A space-efficient 57L wheel arch water tank designed to make use of otherwise difficult-to-use space around the wheel arch in campervans and motorhomes.
 
Manufactured from durable, rotationally moulded MDPE, with a seamless construction designed for long-term mobile use. Supplied in Traffic Black (RAL 9017) with a dedicated mounting kit included for secure installation.

WHEEL ARCH DESIGN
The shaped profile allows the tank to sit around the vehicle's wheel arch, making use of space that can otherwise be difficult to utilise.
 
With a capacity of 57 litres and a relatively compact 75 × 35.5 cm footprint, it is particularly suited to campervan layouts where maximising usable storage space is important.
 
MOUNTING KIT INCLUDED
A dedicated mounting kit is supplied with the tank and includes:
 
4 × large angle brackets
2 × smaller angle brackets
6 × M8 × 12 mm screws
6 × M8 × 25 mm washers
 
The tank itself incorporates 10 × M8 threaded mounting inserts to provide secure fixing points.
 
OUTLET & VENT
The tank is supplied with a 1/2" BSP brass threaded outlet, which is drilled/open and ready for connection to a compatible fitting.
 
The 12 cm screw lid is non-vented. Where required, a separate tank vent can be incorporated into the water system.
 
SUITABILITY
Suitable for fresh drinking water systems and manufactured from food-safe material. The tank can also be used for wastewater and other compatible liquids where appropriate.
 
The material is UV and chemical resistant, making the tank suitable for demanding campervan and motorhome installations.
 
WRAS certification is available for the material configuration.
 
INSTALLATION
The tank should be securely mounted using the supplied brackets and integrated threaded mounting points.
 
Because a full 57L tank will carry approximately 57 kg of water in addition to the tank's own weight, the mounting structure must be adequately supported and securely attached to the vehicle.
 
Always ensure the tank and mounting system are properly restrained before use in a moving vehicle.
